I don’t need much from a doctor, I barely ever want to be seen by one but when I do and I have an appointment I expect to be seen at least the latest 20 minutes after my appointment time. So if my appointment was at 4. 4:20 be the latest. Instead of moving me around from waiting room to waiting room for an hour after my appointment to only be in care for 10-15 mins and let’s take 5 of that because the doctor is making their notes on the spot. It’s great that they have expanded their services. But it’s starting to feel like I’m in a clinic for a particular free insurance. It’s quite aggravating to have to wait an hour to be seen when you are not a walk-in, when you have set up your appointment months in advance. They need to do better

I met with Dr. Jigar Shah. He was very approachable and friendly. He is a good listener. I got all my issues addressed. My only issue was the wait time. I had to wait for nearly 40 mins after my appointment time to meet the doctor. But given that it’s an urgent care I get it. Overall the experience was smooth.

This place is great! I love the flexibility and convenience as well as multiple office locations. It's clean, fresh and has the best approach to medicine with multiple technology communication options. The staff is super friendly too, def recommend!

Just returned from the visit. Loved the service and speed. I did make an appointment, and arrived a few minutes earlier. They took me earlier and I was out in no time. Plenty of parking is a big plus, easy to find.

Dr Arif Hussain is an excellent Dr and very easy to talk to. He always takes time to explain everything. Everyone of his staff is overwhelming helpful every time I come in. Thank You.

Dr. Hussain made himself available for a last minute conference in order to go over my MRI results. He has been our family physician for over 10 years and is always caring and patient. A real credit to the profession!

I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Shah. He was very attentive, friendly, and professional. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly over the phone. Staff answering the phones are also very friendly.
